Security: Cloudflare Access service auth plus the C10 MCP app token.
Reads: core C10 docs, Publisher pages, Visual Planner diagrams, Hub feed, tasks, ideas, events, safe Hub collections, WHY entries, services, halls, and BJ summaries.
Writes: Publisher reports, C10 Explain drafts, specs, HTML mockups, research notes, ideas, vendor briefs, hall research, proposed updates, prompt/result archives, and mockup review packets.
Boundaries: no arbitrary filesystem reads or writes; secrets, tokens, databases, keys, caches, logs, and private folders are denied unless exposed through a specific sanitized reader.
